Verification of Carbon footprint Introduction cum Implementation Training Course based on (ISO 14064:2019)

Course Duration: 2 Day (16 hours)
The goal of this course is to give you the information and skills you need to identify carbon emission sources, measure your carbon footprint, and report it in an internationally accepted format using ISO 14064:2019.
It also covers the most recent upgrade to the standard as well as the fundamentals of carbon footprint verification.
Course Description:
Climate change has been acknowledged as one of the most significant challenges that countries, governments, industries, and citizens will face in the coming decades. Climate change affects both human and environmental systems, and it may result in significant changes in resource consumption, production, and economic activity. As a result, worldwide, regional, national, and local initiatives to control greenhouse gas (GHG) concentrations in the Earth’s atmosphere are being created and implemented. Quantification, monitoring, reporting, and verification of GHG emissions and/or reductions are required for such GHG programmes.
This two-day training covers the following topics:
● Organizational principles and requirements for designing, developing, managing, and reporting organisation-or company-level GHG inventories following International Standard ISO 14064:2019.
● The standard’s requirements for determining GHG emission boundaries, quantifying an organization’s GHG emissions and removals, and identifying specific company actions or activities aimed at improving GHG management
● Requirements and guidance on GHG inventory quality management, reporting, internal auditing, and the organization’s responsibilities for verification activities.
