Integrated Management Systems Internal Auditor Training Course based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
Course Duration: 3 Day/ 24 hours
Course objective:
Qualification as internal auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018 and their integrated implementation in the maritime industry.
During this course you will learn how to use internal audits as a management tool for improving the system as well as the economics of a business. In accordance with the ISO 19011 you will be guided through the steps of an internal audit process. In addition, you will improve your communication skills in order to be able to activate and motivate your auditees for best results. Within the course, state of the art interactive learning methods are employed including case studies and role plays. During group exercises you will develop suitable audit tools, supporting the efficient handling and documentation of internal audits. You will learn how to identify nonconformities against the standard requirements and how to handle root cause analysis and corrective action process.
Throughout the course you are guided by our trainers who are well-experienced in implementing and auditing of management systems within shipping companies. Thus the certification auditor perspective is also incorporated. The successful completion of the course is assessed with a final exam.

This three (3) days course has been developed to provide delegates with the knowledge to begin performing internal quality audits.
Internal auditors, QHSE managers, Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, Departmental Managers, and any other professional, technical or administrative personnel who have responsibility for managing an internal audit system or who are required to carry out internal quality audits in accordance with quality management system requirements.
Time of training:
09:00 to 18:30 Hours with Two Tea Break of 15 Minutes and Lunch Break of 1 Hours.
