● Environment for this training should be quiet and confined
● You may organise demonstration in proper supervision and keeping safety of everyone in mind.
Why should I learn first aid?
First aid training is incredibly important, each year thousands of people suffer accidents & illnesses which are treatable with basic first aid. We recommend anyone reading this page to take an online CPR or first aid class.
First Aid is the assistance or treatment given to a casualty for any injury or sudden illness before the arrival of an Ambulance or qualified medical expert. It may involve improvising with facilities and materials available at the time.
What to do in an emergency?
● Assess the situation – do not put yourself in danger;
● Make the area safe
● Assess all casualties and attend first to any unconscious casualties;
● Shout for help or send someone for help – do not delay.
In case of an incident:
● Attend to injured person.
● Prevent further accidents.
● Report accident
