Course Objective:

HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the study and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. It is applicable to all types of producer and provides a level of reassurance within the global food supply chain, helping products cross borders and bringing people food that they can trust.
The training will prepare the relevant personnel to implement the HACCP in the correct way to ensure compliance and help in achieving certification.
