Our Facilitator/ Mohammed El ElWakeel

Mohammed El Wakeel has over 20 years’ professional experience, in food safety & food safety management system implementation. Has broad experience in FSMS implementation and auditing across various jobs he occupied through international working experience with international firms.

Mohammed is a Senior Auditor & Technical reviewer at Near East Service AIB & Eurocert partners.

Prior to joining NES, Mohammed working as lead auditor at SGS company and he working as food safety inspector in Saudi Arabia and Egypt at the beginning of his career, has a lot of experience to share which was gained through different culture he experienced through his long working career.

Mohammed has excellent experience in developing, implementing of principles of food safety hazard analysis (HACCP), ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC and other FSMS related checklists. He has conducting audit for different multinational companies i.e. PepsiCo, Coca Cola, Nestle and a cross the world in different countries at Asia & Africa. He has long experience in delivering training on different Food Safety & food safety management system related topics as he is internationally approved as IRCA & PECB Lead Auditor Course tutor, Approved tutor from National environmental health association (NEHA), Approved tutor for high field, and approved candidate for PCQI.
