To enroll in our CQI and IRCA certified courses, please complete the attached enrollment form and return it to us. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will issue a pro-forma invoice for the course fee. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a registration confirmation along with digital study materials and access to the online training link.

1. How do I register for the training course?
● To register for this course by sending an e-mail to trainings@alvinintegrated.com. Course confirmation will be given after receiving the advance payments from the interested participants. 2. What does the course fee include?
● The course fee covers instructor-led live online training, a participation certificate, and an online examination.
3. How will I access the study materials?
● Upon fee payment confirmation, enrolled participants will gain access to digital study materials.
4. Is there any prerequisite for joining the online classes?
● Minimum 2 years of working experience or basic understanding about the particular standard.
5. What happens if I miss a class?
● Full attendance is encouraged. Missing classes may result in disqualification from the exam, and we do not provide external course support or recordings.
6. Can I get a refund if I decide to withdraw from the course?
● Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for enrolled participants who withdraw from a course in progress or about to commence. Please review our cancellation and refund policy here for more details.
7. How many exam attempts do I get?
● Participants are entitled to two exam attempts. The first attempt is included, while the second can be purchased within one year at an additional cost.
8. How will I receive my certification?
● Completion certificates, both digital and physical, will be issued to successful exam takers. Physical certificates will be mailed within 10-15 business days after result announcement.
9. What happens if there's a change in the tutor?
● While every effort is made to maintain tutor availability, unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes. Any misconduct towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the training.
10. When will I receive my exam results?
● Results are typically announced within 10-15 working days. However, under special circumstances, this period may be extended.
11. Can I use printed materials during the exam?
● Printed materials are prohibited during the exam. However, a soft copy of the standard will be provided through the IRCA online exam portal.
12. Is there a practice exam available?
● Yes, participants will receive a login for an online practice exam portal valid for 30 days.
13. How will the exam be proctored?
● The exam is live-monitored and AI-proctored. Engaging in any unauthorized activity during the exam may result in disqualification.
14. Can I retake the exam if I fail?
● If you do not pass the exam, you’ll receive a participation certificate. To retake the exam, you’ll need to reapply on a paid basis.
15. How will I communicate with other participants?
● Confirmed participants will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for course-related communication.
